Chef Nicholas Orgo: A Culinary Journey Rooted in Family, Community, and Timeless Hospitality
Chef Nicholas Orgo’s love for cooking was born from the vibrant culinary traditions of his Greek and Italian heritage. Growing up in Nutley, New Jersey, the youngest of three siblings, Nick was immersed in the art of food preparation from a young age. Large family gatherings were centered around the kitchen, where he watched his grandmothers create exquisite meals with love and care. His early contributions to these gatherings—rolling meatballs and kneading dough—sparked a lifelong passion for the culinary arts. Inspired by these experiences, Nick pursued a career that would combine his love for food, family, and community.
After honing his skills for over 15 years in highly regarded restaurants, Nick sought a better balance between his professional and personal life. In 2014, he launched M.A.N.E. Catering and Event Services, named in honor of his nieces and nephew: Madison, Alexander, Nicholas, and Eleni. This family-oriented business allowed Nick to bring his creativity and attention to detail directly to his clients, curating unforgettable dining experiences. Guided by his belief that food brings people together, Nick has turned weddings, corporate events, and family celebrations into cherished memories, emphasizing farm-to-table dining and fully customizable menus.
In 2022, Nick and his wife Jessica expanded their ventures by purchasing Bear Mountain Inn in Waterford, Maine. This beloved property, known for its enchanting barn and outdoor wedding venue, became a natural extension of their passion for hospitality and celebration. As seasoned wedding caterers, the couple infused the Inn with their dedication to creating magical experiences, seamlessly blending the beauty of Maine with their culinary expertise. Bear Mountain Inn now stands as a testament to their vision of love, celebration, and community, offering couples a place where unforgettable memories are made.
The purchase of Bear Mountain Inn followed the success of their earlier venture, Stella’s on the Square, in Bridgton, Maine. Named after their daughter, Stella’s is more than just a venue—it is a tribute to local farmers, the beauty of the lakes region, and the sense of community that Nick and Jessica hold dear. The space serves as the heart of Nick’s catering operations while also hosting special events like wine dinners, cooking classes, and charity gatherings. With a focus on sustainability and scratch-made meals, Stella’s reflects Nick’s commitment to supporting local agriculture and fostering meaningful connections.
At the heart of everything Chef Nicholas Orgo does is a deep passion for food, family, and community. From M.A.N.E. Catering to Stella’s on the Square and Bear Mountain Inn, Nick continues to bring people together through the power of food and hospitality. Whether he’s crafting a couple’s dream wedding menu or curating a stunning event at the Inn, Nick’s dedication to his craft shines in every dish he prepares and every celebration he helps create.

Brendon is a husband, father, and entrepreneur. He has been married for over 11 years and has two wonderful children. With a degree in Mass Communications, a strong background in sales and marketing, and over 25 years of management experience. Brendon brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to every endeavor.

For the past 11 years Brendon has been a successful business owner and is an integral part of our dedicated team, ensuring our goals are met with innovation and hard work. Passionate about cooking, construction, technology and agriculture. Brendon thrives on creating solutions and improving systems, both professionally and personally. Brendon is committed to growth, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact to our team.

Moesha Harrington
Event Specialist
Moesha's journey has been shaped by her passion for helping others, her love for creativity, and her dedication to hard work.
Moesha grew up in Maine and graduated from Mt. Blue High School. After high school, she pursued her interest in working with children by enrolling in the Early Childhood Education program at the University of Maine Farmington (UMF), where Moesha spent two enriching years. During this time, she gained a deeper understanding of nurturing young minds and building strong foundations for their futures.
Eventually, Moesha's aspirations shifted toward a broader focus on helping people, leading her to the University of Southern Maine (USM), where Moesha earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Moesha's studies at USM reinforced her desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those around her, and she carries that passion with her in everything she does.
Outside of her professional pursuits, creativity has always been an essential part of who she is. Moesha channels this through her love of baking, which has blossomed into an exciting new chapter of her life. Moesha is proud to be starting her own baking business, Crazy Cakes, where she will be able to share her creative confections with others and bring a little sweetness to their lives.
Moesha is also a proud mom and fiancée, balancing her personal life with her professional endeavors. Moesha's family is her anchor, and they inspire her to keep pushing forward.
Moesha has been working in the customer and food service industry since she was 16 years old, building over 11 years of experience. These years have taught her invaluable lessons about dedication, patience, and the importance of connecting with people.
Looking ahead, Moesha is excited to continue growing both personally and professionally, building her business, and creating a bright future for her family and herself. Through it all, Moesha remains committed to helping others, staying creative, and spreading joy one cake at a time.

Claire Glaken
Event Specialist
Claire graduated from Trinity College with a degree in music but quickly found her passion in the hospitality industry. For seven years, she and her husband successfully ran a 28-room inn with fine dining and event planning.
Originally from New Jersey, she relocated to Conway, NH, in 2007, where she raised two sons. Now, she’s returned to her love of event planning, bringing her expertise and creativity to every occasion.
